My wife wants to go to Australia with student visa and I want spouse visa. Is that possible?
She is in BA (Hon's) course 3rd year. She wants to study in Hotel Management. She has only HSC Certificate. So she wants to gain a graduate degree from there. She has passed HSC in 2004. Is there any problem? Is there any question arise that why now? And what will be the next procedure for me? I want to know detail about this. We hope that we can go Sydney. But I don't know anything about it. Where I will go? She is preparing herself for IELTS. After getting IELTS score what will I do? How can she get offer letter from a Sydney University? How can I know that university is good or bad? We want visa at the first attempt. So how can I proceed? What papers I will ready for herself and what paper I will ready for myself? What will be the total cost of everything? To where we will leave there? How it will be cost there? From Bangladesh what will be the best for me to do? I don't know anything about it. I think any Bangladeshi person can make me understand about this thing. Please help......

G'day, What level of Hotel Management she wants to study? Diploma/Bachelor/Master? Does she intend to finish her BA? There are only 42 (soon to be 43) universities in Australia, all of them are fully accredited and they are tightly regulated, therefore the quality and recognition of their graduates are equal from wherever university you are studying from. The most important thing is you have to READ the course information carefully, since some courses may have the same name but different content. There are quite alot of Australian universities offering Hotel Management to international students. To find out the course that she is interested in taking and where it is offered, I suggest to go to Dept of Education, Science and Technology (http://cricos.dest.gov.au) and IDP Education Australia website (www.idp.edu.au). IDP is an organisation that gives information to international students who wants to continue their study in Australia. Once decided on the uni, fill in the application form and send it together with certified copy of her academic qualification. She can also submit her IELTS results once it becomes available. If she has been offered a place in the uni, then you guys can pay the required fees, so the uni can issue an eCOE for student visa application. Then contact Australian high-comm to lodge the student & spouse visa altogether. The staff there will tell you what documentation you will need to supply. BTW... I dun think Uni of Sydney offers Hotel Management. Yes, Uni of Sydney is one of the famous uni in Australia, as member of Group of 8 (www.go8.edu.au). But if the uni does not offer the course you want, then no point of studying there. Accommodation can be arranged from the uni of your choice. It may not be a permanent accommodation though, depending on your choice. Hope this helps. Good luck on your study and welcome to Australia :)

As an NZer - you only have to pay the local fees BUT you have to pay them up front (you are not eligible for the HECS loan scheme). So No - you cannot get a loan for the fees but you pay 1/2 that other international students pay (the same is true for Australians in NZ)

Because they know that he breached the conditions of his student visa, that indicates that it had been cancelled before he left Australia and probably also means that he overstayed. If he overstayed more than 28 days, he is now subject to a 3 year ban on applying for another temporary visa (i.e. like a student visa). He will have a great deal of trouble getting another student visa - it's not impossible, but will be very difficult and he'd better have a REALLY good story.

If you want a student visa for Australia, you must apply via the correct channels. Visas for Indian students are difficult to get these days and take a long time (14+ weeks) because of the huge amount of additional checking that must be done to weed out fraudulent applications and there is no way around that. http://www.immi.gov.au/students/student-visa-checks-strengthened.htm http://www.ausgovindia.com/ndli/vm_studyaus.html http://www.ausgovindia.com/ndli/files/FAQs%20-%20Dec%2008.pdf

Ozmania's answer is correct. You can use a migration agent, if you want, but they will just charge you money and can't guarantee a different response.
