I am in contact with someone who has encountered many misfortunes and needs to be given a chance in life. How do I find private sponsorship to fund him to study in Australia for a bachelors degree in education? He is from Western Samoa, the South Pacific nation recently destroyed by natures worst disaster seen in the Pacific. Any info will be very much appreciated.

Hes more likely to get sponsorship to study at the Uni of South Pacific than anything in Australia - universities in Australia do not give scholarships for any Bachelor degrees.
