If a university in Australia accepts my TOEFL for admission,do i still have to take IELTS for student visa?
I'm an international applicant for postgraduate studies in Australia. Some people told me that even if a university in Australia accepts my TOEFL i still need to take IELTS for student visa. Is that true? the fact is I didnt find such rule in the Australian Embassy website. Can you help me? Thanks.

I think it's better (and safer) to take IELTS (Academic) anyway, both the uni and the country will like to see you ended up sitting both ;)

If uni is accepting fine otherwise while applying for PR you need to appear for IELTS examination.
