How can I nominate my unborn baby as my dependant in my Australia student visa application?
I am 7 months pregnant lady, Now how can I nominate my unborn baby in my Australia student visa application? I can not wait for the baby to be born because my course is about to start after 3 months and visa processing time could take 3 month to reach to the decision.

It can't be a dependant if its not born yet. And why are you moving country and doing a course if you're having a baby! There's always next year isn't there? you can delay the course but not the kid....

You can't put anyone onto a visa application if they're not born yet so you will have to make your application without including him/her at this stage. Before you do that though, you should lodge an enquiry to find out the exact procedure, but you haven't told us what country you're from so I can't be any more detailed than that. Visa enquiries are always country, or in this case, assessment level specific. http://www.immi.gov.au/contacts/visa-enquiries/students-visas-outside.htm Don't forget to find out from the authorities in your own country about what should be done about a passport for the baby so that it can travel with you.
