I am a work and holiday visa holder in australia, is it possible to convert my visa in to student visa?
After 1 year 1 have to leave australia, bt i dont wanna leave, so what should i do to stay in australia? Apply for student visa?? or employee sponsored visa?? and how?? Whether i have to apply from outside australia or can apply inside australia??

You can apply for a student visa from within Australia, but as a 462 W&H visa holder, you can only apply for a 457 employer sponsored visa from offshore.
