I want to be an exchange student to Australia?
Ive always loved Australia and want to get out and experience something new before my senior year of high school arrives. I want to go to Australia and stay with a host family for the month option Im a bit scared since its a pretty big thing to do, does anyone recommend going or not, or even have stories that will give me the final push to a decision anything helps! :)

Well, Being an Aussie there is much to do.. You can go down to the creek and shoot some crocs, chase Emus down the main street (They're pretty quick). OR You can ride 'Roos to school. Best fun out!

Ok that person above me is joking.. unless they live in the outback. In which case they probably wouldn't have the internet. They don't ride roos to school, they don't shoot crocodiles, and there AREN'T emus in the main streets! I'm from New Zealand which in case you didn't know is just across the ditch from Aussie, and I have been there about 5 times myself. It's very hot there, so be prepared for hot weather! I think you should go, it will be a fun experience and what have you got to lose? You will have to decide what part of Aus to go to, all the states have something different to offer. I suggest you go to Queensland [Brisbane] or Sydney or maybe Melbourne, as they are the most well known and have the most things to do.
