Australia is very strict and you would be competing with a lot of well educated people. Not easy at all and nothing in life worth having is easy.

I'm not too sure what a BBA is but I presume it's a Bachelor's degree from university. The problem is Australians tend to go via work experience and then credentials. For example they had a shortage of hairdressers and plumbers. DIAC (Department of Immigration and Citizenship) would look at how many years people had worked in that job, then they would look at their credentials (eg what country they came from and if they would meet the standard of Australian ones). My friend was trained as an accountant at university. Great on paper but never had a job in his life. When he went to the real world he found he couldn't get a job as an accountant because he had no work experience, even though he said he would happily work any level in accounting, he got declined because they all thought that once he had his experience that he would leave and he works in Australia. He eventually worked in a job that offers less pay then he could have gotten but he is getting work experience and I expect he'll have a harder time going to become an accountant when the time is up because then they'll say that he needs to refresh his knowledge because he hasn't worked there for awhile.
