You would have to apply at the American embassy and get on the waiting list to immigrate here.

If you only wanna stay for a few months or years( depending on visa) you need to find a job in the states and a company who is willing to help you with your visa even though everything they have to do is sending an offer of employment. Then you need to find a sponsor which you can do online. They re also going to help you with the visa application and the paper work. After you will get your immigration paper back form your sponsor you can go to the embassy and apply for the visa. If you are sure that you are willing to stay in the states for a longer time you should either think about applying for a green card at a green card lottery online. It is difficult to find employers in the states who are willing to help you with your visa because there are a lot of Americans who are able to do the job as well so in your application you should really point out your strength and experience. Then you might be able to apply for either an H- 1 Visa or an H2B which is a seasonal visa. For those types of visas it is also easier to find a job. Although the American Government tries to cancel the H2B Program but if you 'll go by next year you should be fine. Good luck with everything!!
